This is a
BIG WAVE
OFF SHORE Challenge.
Competitors are urged to seek out surf that normally is NOT surfed. We are looking for Cape Ann’s GNARLIEST OFF SHORE WAVE ever surfed.
This Challenge will be judged by a panel of surf experts. Video footage must be provided by each contestant surfing said waves.
All competitors will be given a competition t-shirt and visor. There will be prizes, trophies, and crash for the TOP 3 in both male & female categories.

2nd $600
3rd $300
*There will be awards for Hardest Charger / Most Balls / Most Creative Novelty Wave
*Portions of the proceeds go to R.H.S. and G.H.S. Scholarship Fund, Action Shelter and Wellspring House
The 1st place participants will have their fee waived for the next event, and will receive a yellow rash guard, representing #1 ranked surfer for our next event.
